Rock8 Media
Marketing site and weekly content system for B2B teams — product demos, founder videos, LinkedIn, and case studies, not a one-off video drop.
Problem
The offer works. The content does not keep up. B2B SaaS and service businesses need marketing material every week, and a finished file does not do that. Rock8 needs a public surface that states the offer, plus a path from a brief to video, social, and sales assets that can ship on a cadence.
Overview
Rock8 Media is a live site for B2B SaaS companies and service businesses. The public pitch is weekly growth content: product demos, founder videos, customer stories, short-form, LinkedIn, case studies, explainers, and webinars. The work is meant to stay in market — used by marketing and by sales — instead of sitting in a recap folder.
Solution
A public site that states the offer clearly, plus a production path: brief → video (demos, founder videos, customer stories, short-form) → social (LinkedIn, and clips repurposed from videos, webinars, and interviews) → sales (case studies and product explainers). Same source material, three uses, on a weekly cadence.
Architecture
Visitor → marketing site → project intake → video production → social repurposing → sales assets → weekly delivery.
- Brief
- Video
- Social
- Sales
- Weekly
Implementation
- Shipped a public marketing site for the offer and intake.
- Positioned video, social, and sales as one weekly system, not three disconnected services.
- Mapped how one recording becomes LinkedIn, short-form, case studies, and explainers.
Tradeoffs
- Lead with the live brand site vs waiting for a full production system behind it.
- Repurpose existing videos, webinars, and interviews vs shooting everything from scratch.
- One studio pipeline for video, social, and sales vs a generic content tool nobody runs.
Challenges
- Keeping founder voice and product claims accurate enough for sales to send.
- Turning one recording into many formats without the story getting thin.
- Holding a weekly cadence that marketing and sales can both use.
Reliability
- Site is the live source of truth for the offer and contact path.
- Weekly output needs a repeatable cut list, not ad-hoc exports.
Security
- Public site only exposes marketing and intake, not client footage or drafts.
- Customer stories and case studies stay unpublished until the client approves them.
Performance
No volume or conversion numbers published here. Channel results belong to live client work, not this case study.
What I learned
- Growth content fails when the deliverable is a file instead of a weekly system.
- A product demo only matters if marketing can post it and sales can send it.
